Stay Warm in a Street-Chic White Scarf
One of the things I’m loving now is the Winter Wonderland ready white scarves that I keep spotting everywhere. Celebrities like Kate Moss and Zoe Saldana have already been seen wearing white cashmere scarves with their matching white pea coats or freshening up the look of a classic black overcoat. A white scarf in cashmere, wool, or cotton can make any winter or fall outfit look and feel its most decadent in texture all season. Smooth finishes and alluring graphic prints or embellishments can keep the look cool and trendy. Check out my four finds! Your fit to find one that’s right in your price range, too. Old Navy’s Sequined Sweaterknit Infinity Scarf will have you bundled up in sparkles for a fraction of the others. My personal favorite, the We Are Owls Poster Printed Cashmere Scarf is cute, cuddly, and undeniably cool, Bottega Venetta’s handmade Knitted Wool and Suede Scarfis the ultimate in scarf luxuriousness, and Malene Birger makes a Chunky Wool Knit Scarf is brag-worthy with just a few hints of color.
Update Your Wardrobe For Fall with These Five Pieces
Now that we’re approaching the tail end of summer, I’m here to let you know that you don’t need to head into a store this fall in order to stylishly gear up for the upcoming colder months. A few key pieces is all you need to be polished and prepared, sensibly mixing and matching with what’s already in your closet:
A Cape: There’s a billions ways to wear a cape. Layer it over your favorite turtleneck, cinch it in with a beautiful belt, or leave it open for an ultra-cool vibe.
A Fedora: Never mind the beanies and sock hats, a fedora will keep your head toasty and trendy. Pick it in wool for serious warmth.
A Cable Knit Sweater: A cable knit sweater is multi-tasking hard this season. It’s even trendy enough to layer over your favorite cocktail attire.
A Below-the-Knee, A-line Skirt: Move over maxi dress, there’s a new revamp this time around. The below-the-knee A-line skirt is headed in strong on the trend list for fall. Tights and turtlenecks will get a new look that’s not just for teachers anymore.
Ankle Socks: A great way to stretch the use and wear your favorite booties when it’s cold out is a nice pair of ankle socks to wear alone, (weather willing) over your favorite tights, and tucked into your favorite booties.

The SeeZenn.com fashion show is later today and I’ve been stalking their website with products I want to purchase. They have already provided me my fabulous attire for the evening. The leopard print dress below. Woot woot! Heard it was going to rain so I wanted to stay warm and fabulous! (and if you didn’t know already, I’m a NUT about animal prints. )
Here a few other things I’m jotting down on my list of fall/winter fashion shopping:
This Short Sleeve Dress
This Military Jacket. Big trend for fall 2010
And I love the lace and bedazzle on this cutie. I’d wear it everyday!

What I want from Mango
I adore MANGO stuff! Especially this season where the adorable curvy and insanely gorgeous ScarJo graces the face of their ads and magazine. MANGO fashion reminds me of one of my favorite fashion decades: The urban rhapsody of 70′s style that is effortless, functional, and feminine. Exactly the kind of clothes that I absolutely adore. Here is a list of the four products that I’m going to track, find, and purchase at tomorrow’s Marie Claie and MANGO event at 5:00 pm.
1. HANDBAG G CANTINA C - I have a thing for Cantina-style bags. It reminds me of traveling, going on adventures, and carrying everything you would possible need for the trip. I want MANGO’s in Toffee. Really just because I have enough black purses and the toffee color will look great with the adorable greige and light gray boots I just bought.
2. BOOT 6/1 VALLIT2 C - I have a feeling that these are going to be my go-to boots for fall 2010. They go with EVERYTHING! from a cute pheasant dress to black tights to jeans…Did I say everything?
3. DRESS WTD SETEMBRE - I love a great dress. One that can get me through San Francisco’s unpredicatble weather of freezing cold and sunshine is a “winner, winner chicken dinner” in my book. This one is beautiful. With adorable colors amidst a black background, makes for maximum mix and matching with my wardrobe.
4. HANDBAG M MADELLT3 - Okay. I couldn’t stop at three. And I lied. I, so, I lied. I can not get enough black bags in my closet and black bags with quilts? I LOVE! This one is only $69.90 is a steal! I might get one in every color if I’m feeling fabulous tomorrow night.
See you there, ladies. Word is there will be cocktails! Woot woot.
Three celebrity fashion lines not to miss this Fall 2010
Not every celebrity designer gets their feet off the ground in the fashion biz, but for those paparazzi faves that can get the star-quality and fashion-quality combination correct, they’ve defnitely nailed it again come this fashion season of Fall 2010. We’ve got three fabulous A-lister whose lines deliver:
Jessica Simpson
According to Fabsugar, “For Fall ’10, look forward to dark rinse denim skinnies paired with slick wool coats, cargo pants contrasted with faux fur vests, and dressy jumpsuits. Furthermore, suede wraparound sandals and tough lace-up booties instantly add a modern, tough touch.” Check out the whole line by clicking here.
Twenty8Twelve by S. Miller (Sienna and Savannah)
Sienna and Savannah’s Fall Campaign delivers the ultimate coveted British-Hollywood chic that every fashionista will be wearing the end of this year and onward. Effortless, urban, and perfectly executed. See the rest at Style.com by clicking here.
Dereon by Beyonce
Beyonce (and her mom) definitely brought out the rockstar for Fall. This video alone gets me in the mood to sport a faux-hawk and those studded tights. Hope they don’t scratch.
How effing fall fashion-tastic.
